Classic Spanish Tortilla for a quick bite
Fry onions until caramelized. Then add the potatoes.
*Chef trick: Slice the potatoes consistently in order to cook them even.
Once potatoes are ready, out of the pan. Dry and then mix with eggs. Salt and pepper and in new pan, start cooking in medium heat.
*Chef trick 2 : With a plate bigger than the pan, place on top of the pan to flip the tortilla, and then slide back to the pan.
Eat alone or with bread. Great for an afternoon snack.
